All Marta Scarampi garments are crafted in Italy and shipped directly to you, supporting the Slow Fashion movement. Embracing this philosophy minimizes waste, avoids excess inventory, and allows for the creation of unique pieces tailored exclusively for you, devoid of plastic packaging.

Delivery Times

Our handcrafted pieces are made-to-order at our Torino Atelier:

• Made-to-Order: European, UK & US orders typically arrive within 10-15 business days. Delays beyond 3 weeks will be communicated via email by our personal shoppers.
• Ready-to-Ship: In-stock items reach you within 2-3 business days..

Custom duties apply to orders shipping to the UK, Switzerland, South America, Asia, and Australia, but not for European and US orders.

Return & Exchange Policy

Unsatisfied? We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date of receiving the item.

Email us at info@martascarampi.com with your order number and reason.

For exchanges, we provide free return shipping. 

Returned garments must be unworn and in original condition, including packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds within 7 days incur a flat return shipping/handling fee of $20/18Euros.

Specific Restrictions
