ARE ALL DRESSES MADE-TO-ORDER?

Marta Scarampi believes in making your dress, unique and produced with the best attention to detail. That is why she gracefully produces each garment in our workshop in Italy and ships it to you once it is done. From Torino, with Love.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY MADE-TO-ORDER GARMENT?

It takes approximately 2-3 weeks for your dress to be shipped directly to your home. We will make sure to send you updates on your garment: from the moment you make the purchase to the moment it is shipped.

 

AS IT WILL BE SHIPPED FROM ITALY, WILL I PAY CUSTOMS FEES?

The answer is NO! We will take care of the customs fee so that you can receive your package from Italy free of charge.

 

WHERE CAN I TRY ON THE GARMENTS?

Meet us at our Concept Store in Torino, our Traveling Atelier Events and book an appointment at our NYC showroom. Visit our website to book your appointment.

 

WHEN DO I GET TO SEE YOUR CUSTOM COLLECTION?

When you meet us at our Traveling Atelier temporary Events or Pop up Stores you will have the opportunity to shop CUSTOM.

 

CAN I RETURN MY CUSTOM-MADE DRESS PURCHASED AT A TRAVELING ATELIER EVENT?

As it will be tailored to your unique tastes and needs we will not be able to issue any exchanges or returns however, please get in touch with us and let us know what your concern is as we will be ore than happy to assist you. Contact us at info@martascarampi.com

 

CAN I RETURN MY ONLINE PURCHASE?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and if there is something that does not quite work we will take it back up until 7 days after you received the garment. We do not issue a cash refund but we do issue a store credit that you can use online or when you meet us. 

 

HOW DO I RECEIVE THE AWB TO SHIP THE GARMENT BACK?

In regards to shipping fees when returning your garment, we will pay for the charges and send you and AWB free of charge if there was an accidental issue cause by our company. Otherwise you will be responsible to ship the garment back to us so that we can then issue a store credit. 

 

WHEN WILL I GET MY STORE CREDIT?

We will make sure to send you a store credit from five (5) days since we receive the package with the returned garment.

Please make sure the garment is in good condition, not worn and with all the labels to be sure to receive the store credit.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ONLINE READY TO WEAR DRESS PURCHASE

As all orders are made for you – and fly to you from Italy- we will not be able to exchange it for you. But we can issue a credit and you can return in the garment and buy another size, if FIT is the issue. We will be more than happy to fly another dress straight to you.

 

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?

If an item is sold out, we may choose to make it available for a pre-order, designated by the PRE-ORDER button on the product page. After completing the purchase process online, we'll confirm via email that you are aware the item is out of stock and that you placed a pre-order.

A pre-order requires upfront payment in order to be placed on our pre-order list. As soon as your order arrives at our distribution center, we will quickly ship your order prior to making our the products available to the general public. We highly recommend pre-orders as it is the best way to obtain our garments.
