If a piece is not right, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return for refund or an exchange, without giving a reason. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, in a condition that allows them to be resold.

Write to info@martascarampi.com to start a return. Please don't send anything back without contacting us first.

Exchanges
Exchanges are on us. We send you a prepaid FedEx return label, and we ship your new piece free of charge. One free exchange per order.

Returns for a refund
We send you a prepaid FedEx return label, so you don't have to arrange anything yourself. The cost of the label is deducted from your refund. We ship at a reduced rate, so this is almost always less than you would pay on your own. If the piece is faulty or not as described, the return is on us.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

If you return your entire order and it was delivered within the European Union, the refund includes the original standard delivery cost. If you chose an upgraded or express service, we refund the standard rate only.

For orders delivered outside the European Union, the original shipping cost, including prepaid duties and import taxes, is non-refundable.

If you keep part of your order, the original delivery cost is not refunded.

Items returned showing use beyond normal handling may be refunded in part.

Not eligible
Items marked Final Sale, and capes personalised through the Cape Builder, which are cut and sewn for you alone. Under EU law you also keep a two-year right to a remedy for goods that are faulty or not as described.
