Our digital gift cards are very easy to purchase, there are no shipping charges and you can pick the value amount you desire. You will receive an email confirmation.
• Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
• Gift cards cannot be refunded
Orders are processed within 2–10 business days, depending on item availability. We ship globally via trusted couriers. Delivery times range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your region.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Orders to Europe, the U.S., and Canada are duty-free. Other countries may incur customs charges.
Once delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on eligible items.
Returned pieces must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
A €24 shipping and €16 handling fee will be deducted from refunds.
These fees are waived if you choose store credit or opt for an exchange (which ships free 1 time only).
Final Sale, Personalized, and Last Chance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
