Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Initiate returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- Exclusions: Personalized items, Bi-annual Sale and Last Chace Collection items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
- A $24 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for returns, and we will provide a pre-paid return label for your convenience.
- For exchanges, the return shipping is free.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@martascarampi.com to request a return authorization.
- Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the items in the original box.
- Shipping Label: A pre-paid FedEx return label will be emailed to you.
- Drop-Off: Bring your return package to any FedEx location.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note:
Exchanges
- Exchange shipping is free, and you can select a replacement item of equal or lesser value.
- If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund.
