All Marta Scarampi garments are Made in Italy and shipped directly to you. Our garments are Made-on-Demand and we support the Slow Fashion movement. This philosophy allows us to waste less, not produce any excess inventory, avoid over ordering fabrics (as we can purchase multiple times a year) and to create a beautiful piece exclusively for you, that has not been wrapped in a plastic bag waiting around to be sold. We hope you value this as well; patience is a virtue.
All Marta Scarampi pieces are made by hand and by order at the Atelier in Torino, Italy. For all European, UK & US orders, your order will arrive to your home (or shipping address indicated on the order) within approximately 10-15 business days from purchase. This time frame can vary (won’t go over 3 weeks) and if it does it will be communicated to you via email by one of our personal shoppers. For European and US orders there will be no custom duty charges applied to the order. Please note that for orders shipping to UK, South America and Asia, customs duty fees will be billed to recipient.

As we dedicate time to produce your garment, we highly encourage you to use the FIT GUIDE for any garment that requires a size selection. We are very happy to help you in the process of selecting your best fit, you just need to email us at email@example.com and our Personal Shopper will immediately assist you.

SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable. For returns, we ask that you email us at email@example.com with your order number and reason for your return.
Our Personal Shoppers will need to approve the return. We offer an exchange or full refund within 7 days of receiving your package. In order to be eligible for a return, we ask that all returned garments be unworn and in the same condition in which they were received, including packaging.
Once our Personal Shopper approves the return, we will send you the address where you can ship your returned item (it will depend if located in Europe, UK or US). We can also provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and will deduct the shipping rate from the refund amount.
