FAQ
When does my order ship?
Pieces held in stock ship in 2–3 business days. When a size has sold out, the cape is sewn to order and ships in 10–15 business days. Cape Builder orders are confirmed by email before we begin.
How long does delivery take?
After dispatch, by FedEx: Italy 1–2 business days. European Union 3–5. United Kingdom and Switzerland 5–7. United States and Canada 5–7. Rest of world 7–10. Estimates vary with customs and local conditions.
Are duties and taxes included?
Yes. All duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, wherever we ship. The price you pay is final and nothing further is due on delivery.
Can I return a cape?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or an exchange, without giving a reason. Pieces must come back unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Write to us before sending anything back.
Who pays return shipping?
Return shipping is yours, unless the piece is faulty or not as described — then we cover it. Exchanges ship back to you free of charge.
When is the refund made?
Within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the return, to your original payment method, including the original standard delivery cost. Pieces returned showing use beyond normal handling may be refunded in part.
My parcel is late, or arrived damaged.
Write to info@martascarampi.com with your order number and we open a FedEx investigation on your behalf.
Are the product images photographs?
Some are digital renderings, including AI-generated visuals. We work to have them represent the garment faithfully in colour, detail and construction. Colours may still vary by screen.
