Refund policy

If a piece is not right, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return for refund or an exchange, without giving a reason. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, in a condition that allows them to be resold.

How to return

Write to info@martascarampi.com to start a return. Once approved, we send return instructions. Please don't send anything back without contacting us first.

Return shipping

The cost of returning the item is the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or not as described, in which case we cover it. Exchanges ship back to you free of charge.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

If you return your entire order, the refund includes the original standard delivery cost. If you chose an upgraded or express service, we refund the standard rate only. If you keep part of your order, the original delivery cost is not refunded.

Items returned showing use beyond normal handling may be refunded in part.

Not eligible

Items marked Final Sale. Under EU law you also keep a two-year right to a remedy for goods that are faulty or not as described.
